J. P. King Family Members Recognized for Outstanding Leadership to the Auction Industry

The late J. Scott King, a principal of J. P. King Auction Company and current J. P. King Board member Christie King, were inducted into the National Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame during the NAA’s recent Conference & Show in New Orleans, LA. They now join J. P. King President and CEO, J. Craig King, into the National Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame where they are recognized for their contributions to the Auction Industry and the NAA.

Hannes Combest, CEO of the National Auctioneers Association said,

“It is remarkable how the King family is influencing the auction industry stronger today than 100 years ago with evidenced by the number of awards they were presented during the 70th International Auctioneers Conference and Show. This family continues to show leadership within the auction community.”

Craig King reponded,

“We are honored to have been recognized for our service to the NAA and the betterment of the auction industry. To have three members of our family recognized with the NAA’s top award is overwhelming and we are looking forward to continuing to serve.”

J. Craig King will serve the NAA as Treasurer for 2019-2021 and Christie King will serve the NAA Foundation as Vice President.
