This legacy property in Lake Lure sold on August 12th, with the event taking place onsite at the main residence. This desirable estate situated adjacent to the Rumbling Bald Resort brought a packed house of over 25 people with five bidders competing to own this historic property. With bidders from everywhere, the new owner is a Florida resident who purchased the property to carry on the tradition of utilizing it as a family escape.
