Yet Another Successful J. P. King Auction for TDS Telecom 
On Tuesday, November 13th, J. P. King auctioned a 10,000+/- square foot office building in the heart of La Center, Washington. The property was the former Lewis River Telephone Company.
The Three-story office space features an elevator, open atrium, several kitchenettes, restrooms on each floor, employee breakrooms and conference areas. Two-story open atrium with large windows displayed throughout including a “tree house” conference room. This adaptable space is suitable for a multitude of uses and offers ample parking with 44 spaces and 6 bay garage.
The winning bidder was the City of La Center.
