AUCTION REGISTRATION and SALE SITE Registration begins at 12:30 P.M. (Central Time). The sale begins at 2:00 P.M. (Central Time). A cashier’s check, in the amount of $2,500.00 PER UNIT, made payable to the Bidder, will be required to register to bid at the auction.

PROPERTY PREVIEW An auction representative will be available beginning Saturday, October 31st until Auction day from 10:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. daily. You may contact the J. P. King Auction representative directly at 256.490.1765 during these designated dates.
DIRECTIONS TO PROPERTY From Downtown Austin:
Take TX-1 (Mopac Expressway) north for six and a half miles to US-183. Follow US -183 north for 11 miles before exiting and tuning left on RM 1431. Continue on RM 1431 for 11 miles before tuning left on Lohmans Ford Rd. Travel south on Lohmans Ford for six miles. Turn left on Ivean Pearson Rd. and Waterstone will be located on your left. Follow signs to the sales office.
BUYER BROKER PARTICIPATION
Up to a 2% commission will be paid to any properly licensed Buyer’s Broker who registers a successful Buyer according to the Broker Participation Guidelines. Broker registration forms are available online at www.jpking.com. Forms must be completed and returned no later than 48 hours prior to the auction.
BUYER'S PREMIUM
A ten-percent (10%) Buyer's Premium will be added to the winning bid price to arrive at the total contract price paid by the Buyer.
AUCTION FINANCING
Special Auction Financing up to 90% is available. Please contact the Auction Information Center for more information.
TERMS
A ten-percent (10%) down payment will be due immediately after being declared the Buyer. The balance is due in cash at closing within 30 days.
