AUCTION REGISTRATION and SALE SITES Registration begins at 10:00 A.M. (CT). The sale begins at 11:00 A.M. (CT).
The auction will take place at the Oakwood Lodge located behind the Piggly Wiggly at 13759 Brooklyn Road, Andalusia, AL 36421. (refer to directions to the sale site).
PROPERTY PREVIEW
An auction representative will be available onsite Saturday, February the 27th and Friday March 5th from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M.
DIRECTIONS TO PROPERTY
From exit 130 on I-65 in Greenville, AL:
Turn left onto the Greenville bypass and travel 2.6 miles. Turn left at AL-10 E/E Commerce St. for 21.6 miles. Turn right onto AL-9S/US-331 S and travel 1.8 miles. Turn right in Luverne to stay on AL-9S/US-331 S and travel 11.1 miles. Turn left onto AL-189 Elba Hwy for 0.1 miles. Take the immediate left onto Club Pond Rd. and travel approximately 3.1 miles. The Property signs will be on your left.
BUYER BROKER PARTICIPATION
Up to a 2% commission will be paid to any properly licensed Buyer’s Broker who registers a successful Buyer according to the Broker Participation Guidelines. Broker registration forms are available online at www.jpking.com. Forms must be completed and returned no later than 48 hours prior to the auction.
BUYER'S PREMIUM
A ten-percent (10%) Buyer's Premium will be added to the winning bid price to arrive at the total contract price paid by the Buyer.
TERMS
A ten-percent (10%) down payment will be due immediately after being declared the Buyer. The balance is due in cash at closing within 30 days.
