AUCTION REGISTRATION and SALE SITE
A cashier's check in the amount of $50,000.00 made payable to the bidder will be required to register to bid on the commercial property.
Registration begins at 11:30 A.M. (PT). The sale begins at 1:00 P.M. (PT).
The auction will take place in the Carson Ballroom at the Grand Sierra Resort, located at 2500 East 2nd Street, Reno, Nevada, 89595.
BUYER BROKER PARTICIPATION
Up to a 2% commission will be paid to any properly licensed buyer’s Broker who registers a successful buyer according to the Broker Participation Guidelines. Broker registration forms are available from the Auction Information Center. Forms must be completed and returned no later than 48 hours prior to the auction.
PROPERTY TOUR
An auction representative will be available onsite from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., May 17th through auction day. The sales office will be located in penthouse unit 1604. The tower has controlled access so please contact the J.P. King Auction representative during these designated dates at 256.504.9407 to access the building and to schedule an appointment.
BUYER'S PREMIUM
A ten-percent (10%) Buyer's Premium will be added to the winning bid price to arrive at the total contract price paid by the purchaser.
TERMS
A ten-percent (10%) down payment will be due immediately after being declared the buyer. The balance is due in cash at closing within 30 days.
DIRECTIONS TO PROPERTY
From Reno/Tahoe International Airport: Travel North on NV-653/East Plum Lane for 1.2 miles. Turn right onto US-395/South Virginia Street and travel 1.6 miles. Turn left onto West 2nd Street and travel 0.2 miles. Riverwalk Towers will be located on your left.
For the main entrance to the Tower, turn left onto West Street and travel one-half block. The entrance will be on your right.
