J.P. King's advice makes new Donald Trump book
“Sell dreams, not dirt.”
That’s the advice Craig King passed along last year when billionaire investor Donald Trump sought out the 100 best nuggets of real estate wisdom. Apparently, Trump agreed, and the advice is included in the new book.
“It’s a real honor to be included in this collection, and that philosophy is something we live every day at J.P. King,” said Craig King, identified in the chapter as president of “the nation’s most successful auction company marketing luxury real estate.”
The essence of the chapter is that positioning a property in terms of its fullest potential can get great results. “Capture a man’s imagination, and he’ll not only pay top dollar, but thank you for the privilege,” King is quoted as saying.
The book, titled “TRUMP: The Best Real Estate Advice I Ever Received,” is scheduled to appear in stores on Nov. 7. It is published by Rutledge Hill Press, a division of Thomas Nelson Publishers.
