DIRECTIONS TO PROPERTY/AUCTION INFORMATION OFFICE
From I-40 East, take the TN-58 South exit (#352) towards Kingston. Turn left onto N. Kentucky Street. Travel 1.5 miles (N. Kentucky St. become Sugar Grove Valley Road). Take sharp left onto Peninsula Road. Travel 0.7 miles. Take slight right onto Emory River Road. Continue on Emory River Road to entrance of Property (look for sign). The Auction Information Office will be located approximately 1 mile from the entrance of the Property at 504 Gunters Way, Harriman, TN (look for sign).
AUCTION EVENT SITE & REGISTRATION
The auction event will be held on site at the intersection of Emory River Road and Gunters Way (look for auction tent). Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. (ET) and the auction will begin at 11:00 a.m. (ET).

BUYER'S PREMIUM & TERMS
A seven-percent (7%) Buyer's Premium will be added to the winning bid price to arrive at the total contract price paid by the Buyer. A ten-percent (10%) down payment (based on the total contract price) will be required on auction day and will be held in escrow. Earnest money deposit(s) can be paid with personal or company check. Closing will be on or before thirty (30) days from the date of auction.
Excellent auction financing is being offered by Enrichment Federal Credit Union. For home purchases, up to 85% of the sales price can be financed for loans up to 30 years, with fixed and variable rates from 2.875% to 4%.
