The sale begins at 11:00 A.M. (CT) and will take place at the Wyndham Bay Point Resort in the Spanish Moss Room located at 4114 Jan Cooley Drive, Panama City Beach, FL 32408.

From US 98 take CR 392/Thomas Drive south, turn left on Magnolia Beach Road. Continue right in the
curve onto Delwood Beach Road. Right on Bay Point Road (Residence Gate). Right on Weakfish Way, home is located on the left.
