From Seattle-Tacoma Airport: Take Interstate 405 North. Travel approximately 14.2 miles to exit 14 and merge onto Washington highway 520 West towards Seattle. Travel approximately 2.1 miles and take the 92nd Avenue exit and turn left. Travel approximately 1.0 mile and turn right on NE 24th Street. Travel approximately 0.5 miles and turn right onto Evergreen Point Road. The Estate will be on your left at 3227 Evergreen Point Road.


An auction representative will be available beginning November 7th through auction day from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Tours of the property will be by appointment only. You may contact the J. P.
