Breathtaking Enon Plantation spans 12,914+/- acres across Bullock and Russell counties. A premier hunting plantation, Enon will be selling in ten tracts ranging in size from 279+/- acres to 2,140+/- acres. A remarkable 7,441+/- acres are under a conservation easement. This sportsman’s haven consists of miles of woodland terrain in addition to fields of wheat, oats, and rye as well as a small lake. Enon contains a variety of lodging, equestrian facilities, numerous sheds and barns, silos, boathouse, and more.
Nestled in a grove of oak trees, a gorgeous home reminiscent of stately and southern plantation sophistication features nostalgic character combined with luxurious, modern day convenience. The four bedroom, four bath residence has recently been used as a Quail Hunter’s Lodge and occupies a wealth of amenities including a gourmet, commercial kitchen; two living rooms; basement with wine cellar; four fireplaces; formal dining room; office; and much more. Nearby is a charming guest home with two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, living room, and fireplace.
Referred to as the New Deer Lodge, this wonderful lodge is carefully crafted with southern architectural elements and impressive interior woodwork. The lodge features six cozy bedrooms, six full baths, and two half baths. A large living room with massive fireplace is complemented by an adjacent wet bar and upstairs game room that overlooks the area. Additional features include a commercial kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, dining room, laundry room, and plentiful storage.
A smaller, but equally handsome Old Deer Lodge (Bow Hunters Cabin) is a well appointed lodge with three bedrooms and three and a half baths. This immaculate retreat has a spacious living room with fireplace, a kitchen and kitchenette, laundry room, and large bricked deck perfect for cookouts and entertaining.
This tract also contains a horse barn with seven stalls and tack room, horse stables, employee housing, equipment sheds, equipment shop with three large bays, deer processing building, and two grain silos. An additional feature is an extremely nice boat slip on Enon Lake that has two slips, large outdoor entertaining space, bar, and an enclosed storage room.
While all of these desirable improvements convey with Tract 14, additional tracts feature unique components: Tract 13 conveys with a sand lease; Track 17 conveys with a small, frontier cabin; and Tract 19 conveys with a field-trial building and kennels.
