Registration begins at 11:00 A.M. (CT). A cashier’s check, made payable to the bidder in the amount of $100,000.00, will be required to bid on individual tracts and a cashier’s check in the amount of $250,000.00 will be required to bid on the entirety of either Sehoy or Enon.
The sale begins at 1:00 P.M. (CT). The Auction will take place on site at the Sehoy Plantation, located at 1442 St. Mark Church Road, Hurtsboro, AL 36860.
DIRECTIONS TO PROPERTY
From Opelika: Take Highway 51 for approximately 28 miles until you reach the 4-way intersection in the town of Hurtsboro. Take a right and continue on Highway 51 for 3.5 miles until you reach County Road 102 on your right. Take a right onto County Road 102 and travel approximately 2 miles to the Property. From Union Springs: Take US Highway 82 East for approximately 5.3 miles. Take a left onto Highway 51 and travel approximately 8.3 miles. Take a left on County Road 103 and follow it for approximately 1.5 miles to the Property.
An auction representative will be available at the General Store, located on Sehoy Plantation Tract 1, beginning August 13th through auction day from 10:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M daily.
