Wisconsin Dells Condominiums Sell at J. P. King Auction for $8 million

Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin – June 22, 2009 – J. P. King Auction Company, the nation’s leading real estate auction marketing firm specializing in high-value properties managed the inventory close-out sale for Rhapsody on Lake Delton and Delton Point condominiums in Wisconsin Dells on Sunday, June 21st. J. P. King Auction Company sold out all 45 developer units for $8 million.

The two hour auction took place at the Trappers Turn Golf Club with 400 plus in attendance. The auction attracted 126 on-site and on-line registered bidders. In addition to Wisconsin, the bidders were from Illinois, Michigan, Nevada, Iowa and Texas.

“The auction was a complete sellout, selling all 45 of the developer units,” said Craig King, president & CEO of J. P. King. “Close to 200 groups toured the properties the two weeks prior to the auction so we were not at all surprised by the overwhelming response we received on auction day.”

Rhapsody on Lake Delton sale featured fully furnished new waterfront and water view condominiums comprised of multiple bedroom floor plans: 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes including themed suites, penthouses and a lakeside chalet.
