J. P. King Sells South Carolina 's Exclusive Hilton Head Island Homes and Home Site for $3 million

 

Hilton Head Island, SC. – June 8, 2009 - J. P. King Auction Company, the nation’s leading real estate auction marketing firm specializing in high-value properties, sold four Hilton Head Island premier homes and a lot for $3 million.

The auction took place at the Hilton Head Marriot with 125 plus in attendance. The auction attracted 31 on-site registered bidders and seven online. In fact, three of the properties were purchased by online bidders. In addition to South Carolina, the auction featured bidders from seven other states that included Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, Massachusetts and New Jersey along with one country, Russia.

The winning bidders represented South Carolina, Texas, Florida and Pennsylvania.

“Today we had a packed house of prospective buyers from the U.S. and overseas,” said Craig King, president of J.P. King. “Hilton Head Island is a perfect island retreat, where individuals seek to invest or purchase a permanent residence.”
