North Carolina Waterfront Home Sells for more than $2 million

Wilmington, North Carolina – June 5, 2009 – J. P. King Auction Company, the nation’s leading real estate auction marketing firm, sold a bank ordered waterfront home in Wilmington, North Carolina for more than $2 million on Tuesday, June 4th. J. P. King’s Asset Division managed the auction of the home.

The auction took place on-site with an estimated 60 people in attendance at the auction, attracting 12 registered bidders from throughout the state of North Carolina.
