Villas at Sabino Canyon Condominiums in Tucson Sell for $1.6 million

Tucson, Arizona – April 29, 2009 – J. P. King Auction Company, the nation’s leading real estate auction marketing firm specializing in high-value properties, sold 18 condominiums at Villas at Sabino Canyon for $1.6 million in Tucson, Arizona on Tuesday, April 28, 2009.

The auction took place on-site with more than 200 people attending the auction, attracting 84 registered bidders from Arizona, Florida, New Mexico, California, Minnesota, Colorado, Oklahoma, Idaho, Georgia, Arkansas, Nevada and Canada.
