Soaring Eagle Lodge Condominiums Sell for $1.7 million

Snowshoe, West Virginia – December 9, 2008 – J. P. King Auction Company, the nation’s leading auction marketing firm specializing in high-value properties, sold seven Soaring Eagle Lodge condominiums for $1.7 million in Snowshoe, West Virginia on Saturday, December 6, 2008.

The auction took place on-site with more than 100 people attending the auction, which attracted 24 registered bidders from West Virginia, Virginia, South Carolina, Ohio and Florida. The auction took approximately an hour and a half and featured live music and hors d'oeuvres.
