The colors and patterns resemble those you’d expect to see in a boardroom or luxury penthouse, setting an appropriate stage for the properties being marketed.

“When you’re selling something precious, it’s important to do so in a suitable environment. You can buy a diamond at a chain discount store, but the surroundings may not do it justice. The most discerning buyers of upscale properties understand that intuitively. They don’t want to research a $10 million mansion on a bargain basement web site,” said King.
